e-Committee
While being a part of District Administration, it was noticed that a District Magistrate, the one who is loaded with a number of responsibilities and tasks, somehow manages to execute on n average 15 committee meetings a month which is an essential part of administration. District committee monitoring system is developed to makes and use of the e-mail and SMS for circulating the informations and invitations, which helped in achieving the goal of speedy intimation to members of different district committees.
What we deliver
Users are getting SMS and E-mail for schedule meeting by Collector, Patan. They can view MOM, Tour Programme for the Month and AGENDA of proposed meeting.
Whom we deliver
In Patan (Gujarat) district product is used by District Level officer, Taluka level officers.
Why is the project unique?
This project is unique for Gujarat State. This is first application for District Committee monitoring.
Roadmap
The intention behind the development of product is to spread the idea and the effort among all the districts to help there administration and to reduce costing occurred in the same.
