The Electronic Muster & Measurement System (eMMS) is a technology solution for achieving complete transparency in MGMGNREGS by obtaining LIVE data from the Worksite to the Website on day to day basis.The mobile technology is customised and deployed for the MGMGNREGS field functionaries through different mobile applications like e-Muster, e-Measurement, e-muster verification and e-check measurement. Using mobile technology, the eMMS is envisaged to arrest distortions in the MGMGNREGS programme like Muster Fudging; Delays in Payments; Binami Wageseekers; Fake Measurements and Work Duplication. eMMS is presently operational in 21 districts of Andhra Pradesh.

 Whom we deliver

More than 25,000 field functionaries who are part of MGNREGS implementation in the state of Andhra Pradesh viz. Field Assistants, Technical Assistants, Engineering Consultants, Flying Squad members, Additional Programme Officers, Programme Officers and Assistant Project Directors.

 Why is the project unique?

The project is unique in the following aspects: 1. It is an innovative project to increase the transparency in the implementation of MGNREGS and to curtail corruption 2. In the entire country ours is the first mobile software based application to monitor all the processes from labour attendance to wage pay order generation 3. Real time data from the field is captured and put in public domain. 4. Images of works are captured and work progress can be seen from the website. 5. GPS coordinates of work locations are captured and put in public domain 6. Inspection by various functionaries, viz. muster verification officers, flying squads, etc. at various levels of the process 7. The scale of operation and the number of users to the extent of 25,000 using the application on a daily basis
