Description

Latlong primarily provides directions on SMS. Consumers of Latlong use it to get directions to the place they are going to. They use it as a local search engine to find out the nearest store/company they are looking for in their neighbour. Businesses use Latlong in multiple ways as well. They use it as a Store Locater, whereby they inform through advertisement to their customers to lookup their nearest store using Latlong. They use it as a Route Guide to guide their customer to their store. When they get a call asking for directions, they take consumer’s mobile number and using our dashboard send SMS to their consumer with the directions. They use Latlong platform to send location and interest based advertisement.

Why is the project unique?

Direction services are plenty in the market. But most of them provide it only on websites or for smartphones. No one provides it for regular mobile phones. This is the main segment which requires such information and are not being served. Our product is unique in the sense of providing the information to the most needy person at their fingertips.
