Description
Government of India approved the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) in pursuance of its policy of introducing e-Governance on a massive scale. The Vision “Make all Government Services (Issuance of Certificates, Licenses, Revenue, Tax Services) accessible to the common man in his locality, through common service delivery outlets and ensure efficiency, transparency and reliability of such services at affordable costs to realize the basic needs of the common man”. E-District is one of the 27 MMP (Mission Mode Project) identified under NeGP plan. Madhya Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir & Punjab State Governments will deliver these services using Humanitics Dimension’s e-District Platform Humanitics Dimension’s e-District platform is built as an application-framework to quickly incorporate changes without extensive software development to address the dynamics of customer requirements, simplicity in operation, scalability of the platform for large scale delivery, state of the art usability guidelines and the latest web security standards.
What we deliver
Humanitics e-District Platform delivers e-Services to citizens via Web Portal or by visiting the State Citizen Service Centers (CSC). Followings few of the services are delivered using Humanitics e-District Platform: • Birth, Death, Marriage, Domicile, Caste Certificates • Issuance/Cancellation/Duplicate Ration Card for BPL and APL • Issuance of Licenses for Arms and Commercial outlets • Revenue Services • Collection Tax Services- Property, Commercial Property • Utility Bills payment • Pensions Services • RTI Services • Grievance Services etc.
Whom we deliver
Humanitics e-district application is estimated to reach over 7 Crores citizens in the next 3 years time. Total numbers of transactions are estimated to be 6 Cores per annum in 3 states (MP, J&K and Punjab)
