CyberMate
Description
CyberMate is a multipurpose pattern recognition system where it can be used as an AI automated online customer-care service and business support service which provides exclusive and explainable reactions to any user levels that can get assist for a common set of inquiries via the chat services available in common social networks such as Skype, Google Talk, Windows Live and Facebook. One instance of CyberMate can provide answers for the inquiries (in the form of a simple question sentences) made by many online customers simultaneously through the instant messaging service. This methodology can make customer-care service more flexible and effective. By using CyberMate which configured according to the user preference, it can reduce the workload of helpdesk assistants and solve difficult logical problems in the organizations replacing Integrated AI applications and it can be built-up as a business intelligence gathering and providing methodology for an organization. The information provided by this service is fully customizable using the product specific scripting language (CSL-CyberMate scripting Language) and the dedicated developing environment (CSL-IDE). Integration of the instant messaging services with pattern recognition based chatter-bot approach can made the exchangeable organizational information reachable to the product users through their cell phones.
What we deliver
Executable of the system and documentation will be provided and customer should acquire the required legal permissions from the community network to use them as to a commercial purpose if necessary. The user manual and the training will be provide to the user when the deployment.
Whom we deliver
The product is in beta release stage. One of the components from the fully functioning system CyberMate, the remote access procedures has already deployed for any computer user to experience some of the system features via Skype under skypeID “cybermate.sliit” and include G-Talk “cybermate.sliit@gmail.com” as well. Why is the project unique?
CyberMate is customizable to any field and it can serve more than 1000 simultaneous users from any place any time in any situation when properly configured the knowledge. Also the system uses System owned Scripting language CSL IDE for feed the knowledge to the system by using the unique dynamic nature to build dynamic knowledge to an artificial intelligent which was never implemented using AIML scripts. CyberMate can be configured to reduce the workload of all customer care center assistants. Similar approach is launched recently in Sri Lanka by a leading telecommunication service provider, but their purpose is to allow one human assistant to serve two or three customers in text based simultaneously. And at the moment this system is at a stage with the ability of performing same operation much faster and accurate. The most important thing is one instance of CyberMate can serve even more than 1000 simultaneous users online concurrently.
Roadmap
By computerizing human tasks in office and organizational environments, human effort and time can be saved and it will lead the effective and efficient process for every tasks and it can be contributed to make significant development in economy of the country. Users can simply interact with the system and can reach any information by system without geographical and time boundaries as the system is available for more than 1000 users simultaneously. Users can experience more human like interaction with the system as it embossed with the Artificial Intelligent capabilities and communication to interact with the user. By adding more human like features to the system The system supposed to decrease the gap between digital world and the physical world. Any user can simply interact with the system even from a WAP enabled mobile phone to Laptop, they can reach any information provided by the system without geographical and time boundaries as the system can be provided as 24×7 basis for more than 1000 users simultaneously. CyberMate can use any Unicode supported language to provide the service for its users in text basis. Users can also experience more human like interaction with the system as it embossed with the Artificial Intelligent capabilities to interact with the user.
