Mobile network is expanding rapidly and their service domain covers almost all over the country. It is the only computing device which reaches the most people even in rural areas. So, it has only capabilities to connect all and create a large global network. Mobile content related to health, education, agriculture, human rights, economy, etc. can ensure substantial development of country and ameliorate the living style of under privileged people as well as society. We only have to ensure that these contents can be accessed and availed easily and ubiquitously.
