As part of customer service innovations, Reliance Mobile launched the Braille Bill service in India. This is part of multiple innovative & reliable convenience options that Reliance Mobile is introducing in the Indian market for its over 110 million mobile subscribers. The Braille Bill service is first-of-its kind initiative introduced by an Indian telecom operator aiming to create an enabling and convenient customer service environment for the visually impaired. The service is in line with Reliance ADA Group’s Corporate Social responsibility objectives

What we deliver

We facilitate understanding of Bills to visually challenged Reliance Customers and empowering them to know their usages. This will enable them to take informed decision on payment of Bills.

Whom we deliver

It is specifically designed for visually impaired people in the globally accepted language/Font for called Braille. Thus it is specifically designed to meet the need of the segment.

It is a unique service extended to special segment of society. There is no other Telecom company in India providing this product.

Roadmap

With the increase in the penetration of mobile service with data support, content will be available to all segment of society, at affordable price. Quality content in the language of the customer will educate them & provide relevant information to facilitate evaluation of decision.
