How is the project unique?

Yes Presently, in Sri Lanka there are many web based system which provide facilities for buying and selling of various kinds of products and services. The needs of many categories in the community are addressed through ICT Technology. The project targets artists whose timely need is not still benefited from ICT Technology. The project hopes to provide an online market place for art works and has studied some of best international online market place for art works. The project would develop an online market place with much options for artists to promote their art works locally and internationally.

Roadmap

www.ceylonartists.com was initiated in order to find a better and lucrative market place for artists in Sri Lanka through ICT technology. In future, we intend to add portrait service and an option for photographers to upload their creations so that buyers can request art works (paintings) on those photographs. We also intend to add “Donate Us” options so that people world wide can donate for this project and the fund are to be used for helping poor and differently a bled artists to upgrade them selves to professional level.
