Description
A huge number of people are outside the digital mainstream world because of two reasons. No 1, they do not know the languages like English and Hindi and No 2 they do not have access to technological tools like computer and internet. CGnet Swara is an effort to bridge that gap with the help of mobile technology where knowledge crosses the last mile both ways with the help of mobiles after overcoming both the problems described above.
