Online platform connecting companies to 2000+ colleges with 600,000+ students with a click to simplify campus hiring and build student employability! Our technology helps bring kids from colleges in every corner of India online and provides them with an equal opportunity to connect all the dots to get their first job and build a career. Colleges benefit by increased employment and employability of their students. On the other hand, we help the corporates engage and hire authenticated students online from anywhere in India with minimal cost and effort. We can bring an entire state online for campus hiring in less than a week sitting right in our office at Gurgaon! The relevance is for every one of the stakeholders a college in any corner of the country struggling to gain visibility amongst corporates for placement of its students as well as companies who are looking to hire the best talent at low cost irrespective of the college a student comes from. The platform is notification and SMS enabled and eases flow of communication amongst colleges, students and companies. Colleges and companies benefit from this easy to use technology platform.

Roadmap

We are heading straight ahead to our vision of creating an equal opportunity for every student across the country. With a strong focus on engineering colleges today, we have managed to get more than 70% of colleges online in the country. We are looking at spreading our wings into the graduate market very soon with a lot of groundwork already in place. Also, we are engaging with a lot of partners for making our employability offering to students unique and effective. Financially, we are growing at 700% YoY. With INR 2.8 cr. revenue in the last financial year, we are already on a run rate of 1.43 cr. /month (August) i.e. 17.16 cr. for the year and look set to hit our 2011-12 target. The growth in 2012-13 will come primarily from building employability in engineering colleges from 1st year onwards and having a single fee sign-up at the start of his/her engineering course opening up the graduate market (target to work with 3 universities) We have already started working this a year in advance and now have partnership with www.Liqvid.com (for English content), with Eduquity (for psychometric test) and MeritTrac (for assessment tests). Our first angel investor has joined us full time as President which has helped the founders focus on building new products for the coming year The growth in 2013-14 will be driven by expansion of the same offerings and covering more market share. The total size of the market in 3 years will become approximately 20 million kids in college. To do 160 crore in revenue at 1000/student/year, we only need 1.6 million kids which still is <10% of the market size leaving enough space for us to grow from thereon. Above all this, we are proud of the awesome culture that we have built around our work (the average age of the team being just 26!!). Each and every team member in the company signs a culture document (attached Encl. 6) after a 30 minute culture session with the co-founders with a promise of always being responsibly relentlessly resourceful. To be eligible for reviews, the team member should have received 2 internal and 2 external recommendations on the culture document.
