F1 Mobile Banking is a complete solution which can be accessed via SMS and GPRS. Registered customers can transfer funds within the same bank’s account or between the different bank’s accounts, pay merchants and utility bills. It is packaged with menu based mobile application which can be installed and accessed on various mobile phones like Windows, Android, iPhone, etc. The other features of this Mobile Banking are general enquiries and requests, credit card payments, bank’s branch and ATM location. Since its accessible from anywhere, its more convenient to the customers, its just like carrying your personal account in your pocket.

This system will help ABC Bank to establish themselves as the dominant player in the market by offering various feature which cater to both banking and non- banking customers. Mobile Banking enables customers to perform banking activities easily via their mobile phones 24/7, anytime and anywhere. One of the important features of this Mobile Banking system is that it provides ‘Fund Transfer’ facility to Banking and Non-Banking customers among other features. An account holder can easily transfer Funds from his/her account to any other person who may not be the Account holder in the Bank. The receiver just requires registering in the system. In addition, customers using the system can transfer funds to other account holders of the same bank. Beside these, consumers can easily pay bills, pay for merchant transactions, pay utility bills, pay Credit Card bills, top up their Mobile balance, make Retail payments from their mobile phones. Moreover, the application works with SMS, WAP, USSD as well as GPRS connection. Bank can attract huge corporate clients as merchants, so that the deposit is increased at the bank’s end, by payments from the customers. Mobile Banking is an obvious alternative to carry on banking activities without restrictions in the scenario where Internet services are hindered, and because of which customers cannot use Internet Banking.
