These solutions are provided by small companies and address only part of the problem for builders. There is a need for a cloud based ERP that helps them manage all the interactions and transactions such as booking, documentation, collection, customizations and handover and help them manage their work with less staff and provide a wonderful and transparent experience to buyers www.homefind360.com: For finding the property, there are several internet websites and they broadly can be put in three categories Banner sites, Listing sites and Search sites. Most of the popular property sites today are Banner sites which are full of advertisements and banners of projects and builders. These sites may not present the relevant information in a simple manner to help identify the right property.

What we deliver

We deliver: 1.) A simplistic cloud based application to the real estate builders/entities that helps manage their operation / automate the Pre and the Post sales processes. 2.) An intuitive interface for the buyers, that connects them with their builder(s), bank(s), allows them to track their documentation-payments-dues-progress/status etc. 3.) Launching a simple property search portal that not only offers ease of use but information that matters t o the buyers. For the builders it offers a simple sales account thus allowing them to track their hits, searches, analytics, leads etc. 4.) We plan to link the above with a few more unique concepts that would assist the apartment associations to manage their operation and day to day working. Yet another product that connects the home buyers to various providers in the market.

Homebuy360 is live with 13 clients, across 3 cities (Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune). Our clientele includes real estate builders, premium broker and sole marketers.
