This approach is towards setting-up healthy Agro-Processing Enterprise supported by ICT (IMFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY) in which farmer groups themselves gradually gain economic ownership with the help of both NGOs and experienced private entrepreneurs.
