Description
Sparsh is the world’s first mobile based sex education program. The service is delivered by various leading telecom operators in India through IVR (interactive Voice Response), SMS (Short Message Service) and Out Bound Call Technologies. Also available soon will be an innovative live counseling feature where users can reach qualified counselors to discuss complex problems. The course consists of 12 modules that address sexual and reproductive health concerns of adults and teenagers, and is available in 12 different languages to cater to the cultural heterogeneity of India. The entire content has been researched and vetted by the family planning association of India.
What we deliver
Sparsh delivers a course on sex education that is divided into 12 modules. Each module has a FAQ section and a list of myths and facts related to that area. SMSs containing any module’s worth information will be sent to the users upon subscription. The services provided are transferable from one user to another i.e. the service can be purchased and “gifted” to someone else. The users will soon have access to qualified counselors to discuss complex problems. The service is available in 12 different languages.
