Farmers have a challenge to decide which fertilizer to use for their crops to ensure 100% protection for their produce. The challenge was to reach to this particular Target Audience in the best possible way, which is the outbound call to the farmers on their mobile phones. Solution: Calls are made to UP farmers informing them about ‘Paras Farmoola’ – a new fertilizer by TATA Chemicals which boost the productivity of crops. The calls generate on provided database. The application has two scheduler one for successful and another one for unsuccessful.

The challenge was to reach to this particular Target Audience in the best possible way, which is the outbound call to the farmers on their mobile phones. Alternative method: Calls are made to UP farmers informing them about ‘Paras Farmoola’ – a new fertilizer by TATA Chemicals which boost the productivity of crops. The calls generate on provided database. The application has two scheduler one for successful and another one for unsuccessful. The Solution: For every successful call the same number will be contacted again after 7 days followed by SMS. And for Unsuccessful call another call will be triggered after 20 minutes on same day followed by SMS. If still unanswered, then this scheduler repeats on Day 2 and Day 3 followed by SMS on each day. If again not answered, then it repeats after 7 days followed by SMS. If there’s still no response, the number is removed from the database.
